Your mental wellbeing is incredibly important to Dreamplex. And while there will always be things you can't influence, there's an even greater amount of exercises you can do to feel mentally strong at work. In our "Wellbeing @ Work" series we present Part 2: Design Your Dream Job The premise of job crafting is that you don’t always have to change your job to enjoy going to work. In fact, with a few small changes, you can turn any job into a job you love doing. Job crafting allows you to look at what your current routine and scope are, and then redesign it in a way that aligns more with your purpose & passions. You do this by altering the tasks you do, the people you work with and the way you perceive your job. (To successfully “job-craft,” it’s very helpful to understand your purpose. After all, even if you could design your dream job from scratch, it helps to know what that dream is. It's therefore good to complete the "Purpose" workshop first, but absolutely not required.) At the end of this session, you'll be able to take on the new work week (and all those that follow) with more structure, more meaning, and more positivity.
